Problem
Shell approached us with a challenge: their lack of imagery for their Latin American community was creating a gap in how they represented this vital group both internally and on their website. Our task was to craft compelling visuals that authentically showcased and celebrated this integral part of their workforce, addressing the representation issue head-on.
Result
We organized and executed a photoshoot at Shell’s HQ, capturing authentic visuals of their Latin American community, and enhanced the brand with thoughtful editing to address the representation gap on both internal platforms and their website.
